bind-chroot rpm update error: unpacking of archive failed on file /var/named/chroot/etc: cpio: lsetfilecon

While updating your bind-chroot rpm package you might enconunter the following error: "error: unpacking of archive failed on file /var/named/chroot/etc: cpio: lsetfilecon" This happens because the subfolders /etc and /var from the chroot folder are set as immutable.
